Club Aquatique du Sud-Ouest (CASO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering exceptional aquatic activities across Montreal’s Sud-Ouest neighborhood.
We offer a diverse range of programs designed to promote physical activity, health, wellness, training, and education while fostering a sense of community and cooperation. From swimming lessons and aquafitness to our variety of recreational and competitive water sports, our skilled instructors and leadership team are passionate about cultivating a love for the water in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
CASO provides year-round programming for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Our classes and programs are available at various pools throughout Sud-Ouest, including Bain Émard, Piscine St-Charles, and Piscine St-Henri.
