Artistic swimming

Artistic swimming is an aquatic discipline that combines swimming, dance, and gymnastics through choreographed routines performed to music. It requires a unique combination of strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and creativity.

Athletes progressively develop their technical skills by learning figures, movements, lifts, and routines performed individually, in pairs, as a team, or in acrobatic events. The practice also promotes rhythm, teamwork, self-confidence, and discipline.

Accessible to a wide range of ages and skill levels, artistic swimming offers a stimulating environment where the joy of moving in the water meets personal growth and achievement. Whether for recreational or competitive purposes, this discipline allows everyone to progress at their own pace while enjoying a rewarding sport experience.
